Dedicated Office Rentals include all utilities and maintenance, security, janitorial, free off-site secure parking, and access to all common areas including the Executive Conference Room Facilities, Kitchen, Document Management Facilities.Executive offices also include free extra-office document storage space.

Efficiency Offices

Dedicated Efficiency Offices are spacious semi private modular offices with organized ergonomic work areas and storage. For as little as $349 per month a professional can have access to all of the benefits and amenities of Bradford Place.

Per Diem Offices, Virtual Offices, & Conference Room Rentals
 

In addition to Dedicated Office rentals, Bradford Place also offers Per Diem and Virtual Office rental plans for clients that see value in having a professional office location and premier mailing address, but do not require a full-time dedicated office.Ideal for Entrepreneurs, Professional Sales Representatives, Insurance Agents, part-time/semi-retired professionals, and other professionals that seek the credibility and security that comes from a professional office setting at a lower monthly expense. Conference Rooms are also available by the hour, half-day or day to host your important meetings and events. On site catering is also available.
